Hunt4 is looking for an Office Administrator to join our client in Innsworth on a term to perm basis.

If you are a hardworking individual and not afraid to be hands on, then this job is for you! Our client is looking for a reliable candidate to support him in the office and be able to cover sick days or holiday by joining team in cleaning windows using a hose and a telescopic pole.

Please note that for this role you must have a full UK driving licence. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.

The role would involve covering the office administrator, talking to customers and bookings, so they would need someone with good customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

* Data inputting experience.

* Using the company’s purchasing system to raise purchase orders and goods receipt invoices.

* Admin, answering emails,

* Attention to detail is key in this role.

Experience:

* Fully computer literate, good experience of using Excel, Outlook, Word and Internet

* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

* Proficient in computer skills, including the use of Google Suite and other office software

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
