Our Client are industry leaders with over 45 years of experience specialising in the piling industry with a primary focus on relationships. They now have an exciting opportunity for a full time Business Development Executive responsible for new sale generation to join their flagship site in Middlesbrough.

Competitive Salary depending on experience.

Your new role:

In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying and generating potential business opportunities to fuel our sales pipeline. You will work closely with our sales team to pass on qualified leads for further engagement, and you will be responsible for ‘Building BIG Trust’ when it comes to customer relationships

Key responsibilities:

* Proactively source and identify new business opportunities through research, outbound calls, and digital channels.

* Build and maintain a prospect database of potential clients.

* Qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring they align with our company’s target market.

* Collaborate with the sales team to provide high-quality leads that convert into business opportunities.

* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

* Maintain accurate records of lead activity and engagement in the CRM system.

* Contribute to achieving monthly lead generation targets.

What you will need to succeed

* Previous experience in lead generation or a similar sales support role (ideally in B2B sales).

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

* Comfortable using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
