I’m looking for a Preconstruction Technical Manager for a very successful contractor operating nationally.

My client needs someone from a structural or civil engineering background to give them the competitive edge in winning work.

You’ll be responsible for putting forward strong, sharp technical presentations during the tendering process. This will give my client an advantage in terms of a coherent, tangible solution to their customer’s requirements along with being a step ahead of their competition.

The ideal candidate will be currently working in Preconstruction and ideally this will be with a reinforced concrete/Civils structures/civil engineering specialist.

My client has a strong presence in the traditional commercial and residential sectors and would like to take their brand into more civil engineering biased projects.

There’s a salary in line with the level of candidate required, a package of benefits and so on. There is room for negotiation in order to secure the right candidate for the role.

You can also work on a daily rate if this is preferable.

The successful candidate will need a successful track record of securing contracts via design-led technical presentations.
