Location: Cowley, Oxford
Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00am - 16:00pm and 16:00pm - 02:00am
Pay: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
New Recruits are seeking an experienced Area Team Leader to manage and coordinate projects for our client in Oxford. In this role, you’ll oversee your area, ensuring smooth operation and quality control of assigned projects, and will be responsible for leading your team to meet production and inspection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Oversee daily operations of your area, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
* Team Management: Organize and support your team, ensuring they have the tools, materials, and information needed to perform their tasks.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality standards are met, including proper labelling, material flow, and handling.
* Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by the customer, supervisor, or team, and escalate when necessary.
* Communication: Keep your team informed of daily requirements and shift goals to ensure targets are met.
* Documentation: Ensure all required project paperwork is completed on time and meets company standards.
Requirements:
* Experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
* Proven experience managing teams across multiple projects.
* Ability to work in both shifts (06:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 02:00)
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
