Due to growth and increased demand the business has a very rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior Specification Technologist to join their impressive facility in London

The role:

As Specifications Technologist you will work collaboratively across the business (Technical, NPD & Commercial) and project manage specification activities which will include creation of finished product specifications, documentation and artwork details and sign off and accurate allergen information.

The candidate:

* At least 2 years experience working in a similar role within food manufacturing

* Experience in specification writing and using spec systems

* Excellent Excel knowledge and working experience

* Good technical food standards (Food safety and quality standards)

* Be a thorough and analytical individual with good problem solving skills

* Be able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
