An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Physics to join a well-established Science department at a high-achieving secondary school in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented teacher to inspire students and contribute to the continued success of the school’s STEM provision.

The Role:

* Teach Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities for Key Stage 5.

* Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that develop students’ curiosity and scientific understanding.

* Use practical experiments and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning.

* Contribute to curriculum development and department-wide initiatives.

* Support the wider Science faculty in promoting STEM subjects and extracurricular activities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

* A strong academic background in Physics or a related subject.

* Experience teaching Physics up to GCSE or A-Level.

* A passion for inspiring scientific curiosity in students.

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
