Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Heathrow

Salary: £44,000 to £48,000 plus 20% Bonuses

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday / every 3rd weekend

About the Role:

A leading retail company is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to oversee one of their vibrant store locations. This company is renowned for providing an exceptional shopping experience, featuring a wide range of luxury goods, including cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, confectionery, and fashion accessories. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for retail and a track record of driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development for staff.
Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Store Manager in a similar retail management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
