Plumbing & Heating Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced plumbing and heating Contracts Manager who has at least 5 years experience in Contract Management, to provide support and leadership to a small team, looking after jobs in both domestic and commercial sites, mostly in the Gloucester area, but occasionally further afield.

As Contracts Manager, you’ll work closely with the directors who pride themselves on the excellent reputation the company have, helping to expand the business and provide support to clients and staff including subcontractors, on site.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement and deliver projects according to program, budget and quality

- Responsible for checking drawings

- Overall monitoring, and forward planning, keeping the project works to the highest standard

You will have:

- 5 years minimum experience in contract management

- Detailed knowledge of the plumbing & heating trade

- Relevant qualifications

- Excellent communication, presentation, organisational and time management skills

- Design Experience

- Estimating capabilities

- Full UK Driving License
