I'm currently working with an amazing client who is looking for a Project Control Risk Engineers with experience in railways and civils projects and is local to London.
Job Title: Project Control Risk Engineer
Location: London
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum plus additional benefits
Project Control Risk Engineer Key Responsibilities:
Risk Management Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Project Planning and Scheduling: Create detailed project plans and schedules, incorporating risk management considerations to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Budget Monitoring and Control: Oversee project budgets, ensuring all costs are accurately tracked, potential financial risks are identified, and expenses remain within allocated limits.
Risk Analysis and Reporting: Perform thorough risk analyses and generate reports, providing insights and recommendations to project stakeholders and ensuring proactive risk management.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor the project risk team, fostering a collaborative environment, resolving conflicts, and ensuring collective efforts align with project goals and deadlines.
Project Control Risk Engineer Competencies:
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, providing clear direction and support to achieve high standards in risk management and project control.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address potential risks in the project lifecycle, implementing effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, clients, and team members, ensuring comprehensive understanding and management of project risks.

Qualifications Required:
Experienced background working for major contractors on Civils or Rail Projects.
Demonstrable experience working on major projects.
Relevant CSCS Card or similar
