Job Title: Supply Teacher

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across primary and secondary schools in the Scarborough Borough area. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who enjoy flexibility and variety in their work while making a positive impact on students’ learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different schools and students
Follow school policies on behaviour management and safeguarding
Provide feedback to the school on pupil progress where requiredRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A passion for education and supporting student development
