We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Team Leader to join our clients labelling department. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and leading a productive team
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:
Oversee daily work completion and staff productivity.
Assemble and distribute order components.
Planning and Coordination:
Plan weekly production based on schedule and orders.
Coordinate with dispatch and production supervisors for staff allocation.
Inventory and Stock Control:
Manage stock system and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure accurate inventory records and stock movements.
Quality and Safety Management:
Control waste and address spills and damages.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and monitor quality control issues.
Team Leadership and Training:
Train staff on equipment and safety practices.
Ensure team motivation and coverage in your absence.
Meetings and Development:
Attend meetings and contribute to company development.
Other Duties:
Manage label room and perform additional tasks as requested by management.Qualifications:
Counterbalance and reach certification.
Leadership experience in production or labelling.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Team motivation and leadership abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
