Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fire Alarm Project Lead/Commissioning Engineer to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will oversee and lead fire alarm projects from inception to completion, ensuring all systems are installed and commissioned to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage fire alarm projects, from initial planning through to commissioning and handover.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm systems.
Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and design fire alarm systems based on client requirements and industry standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., BS 5839-1, BS 5839-6).
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the commissioning process.
Provide training and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Stay updated with the latest fire alarm technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience in fire alarm system installation, commissioning, and project management.
In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems, standards, and regulations.
Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Excellent leadership, project management, and organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within London.
Relevant certifications in fire alarm systems (preferred but not essential).
