Civil Engineering Technician

Location: Reading (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Salary: Up to 40k plus bonus + other benefits

Emtech are working with a UK wide Civil Engineering consultancy who are looking for a Civil Engineering CAD Technician to join their team in Reading.

They are currently working on a range of schemes across residential, retail, warehouses and commercial projects so ideally you will have previous private sector experience.

Technical Experience Required:

Experience using AutoCAD civil engineering design projects within highways and infrastructure
Experience draughting roads, junctions, roundabouts in AutoCAD
Experience with Civil 3D and Microdrainage is highly desired
Design of external works to commercial developments (service yards, car parks etc)
Must be able to use AutoCAD independently within a civil engineering environment
Experience with S278, S38 beneficial
HNC / HND Qualification within an Engineering related subjectThis is an exciting opportunity for someone to join an established business working on a range of projects across the private and public sector.
