We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Creative Content Team, which encompasses both Bids and Marketing functions. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative Content, you will play a vital role in executing marketing strategies, coordinating projects, and enhancing brand visibility. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to multiple marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
*
Collaborate with team members to develop creative briefs and ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines.
Content Creation:
*
Create, edit, and organise marketing materials, including promotional content, newsletters, and social media posts.
*
Ensure all content is consistent, engaging, and reflective of the brand’s voice.
Project Coordination:
*
Maintain and update project trackers for marketing initiatives, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are communicated and met.
*
Work closely with the team to gather input and coordinate contributions for marketing projects.
Market Research:
*
Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
*
Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.
Administrative Support:
*
Provide general administrative support to the Head of Creative and the marketing team.
*
Prepare reports and documentation related to marketing activities and project progress.
Collaboration and Communication:
*
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.

Maintain open lines of communication with team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
Skills:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and CRM systems.
*
A passion for creativity and a results-oriented mind-set.
Experience:
*
Minimum of 1-2 years in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
*
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
