Overseeing the inspection and testing of vehicles to ensure the efficiency and functionality of all systems
  
Establishing and implementing operational procedures and policies in the workshop 
  
Planning and coordinating all workshop activities, allocating tasks to technicians
  
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe and efficient workshop environment 
 
Managing the workshop budget, ensuring quality, and controlling costs · 
  
Training staff on new technology or machinery, workshop procedures, and safety protocols · Communicating with clients about vehicle problems, maintenance plans, and repair options 
  
Managing inventory of tools, parts and equipment, and ordering new supplies as needed 
  
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by handling customer complaints promptly and professionally
