We are recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader for a fantastic company based in Rochdale.

Take the lead in a dynamic and growing company as a Warehouse Team Leader! Play a key role in optimising warehouse operations, leading a fantastic team, and ensuring smooth and efficient inventory management.

Your Role:

Lead a skilled team, ensuring smooth daily operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
Motivate and coach your team, driving performance and fostering continuous improvement.
Ensure inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and implement effective control measures.
Promote a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment, always adhering to safety protocols.
Champion process improvements and best practices to optimise warehouse efficiency.
What You Bring:

Proven experience leading in a warehouse setting.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS, ERP, Epicor).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A focus on safety and efficiency, with a hands-on approach to improving operations.
