Blue Water Recruitment are a leading privately owned recruitment consultancy that specialise within the Construction and Built Environment sector.
Due to continuing expansion we currently seek to recruit an admin/compliance assistant to work from our head office in Treforest.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager the role will have the following duties and responsibilities:-
* Acting as a point of contact for candidates, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
* Organising filing systems and updating office databases
* Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
* Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery
* Responding to questions and requests for information
* Sending and chasing candidate registration documents
* Keeping database up to date with qualification and tickets
Suitable candidates will be confident communicators who have the skills to develop long term relationships with both clients and candidates and will possess recent experience within recruitment ideally within the built environment or technical sector
