Job Title: Technical Coordinator

Location: West London

Salary: Circa £30,000

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30 – 17:00

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for product information compliance, including allergens, ingredients and nutritional information in line with customer specifications.

* Working with specification systems and maintaining relevant paperwork in accordance with customer requirements.

* Observe the supplier approval process to maintain company standards

* Approval of artwork and labelling, ensuring food safety legislation compliance.

* Liaising with NPD team, contributing to the technical aspect of product testing and taste panels
