Hours - 8am – 4PM

About the role:

A school in the Farnborough area is looking for a Science teacher to help drive the academic progress of its students. The role involves teaching all branches of Science, motivating and guiding students toward outstanding achievement. The ideal candidate should possess solid subject expertise, effective classroom management abilities, and a positive teaching style that nurtures strong relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance skills or build on existing experience in an educational environment.

The School is a mixed Secondary school based in Farnborough for students aged from 11-16. The school comes with a Good reputation and has supportive team members.

The ideal candidate will:

-          Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of Science as specified in the National Curriculum.

-          Commit to fostering a learning environment that empowers students to achieve their full potential.

-          Lead by example, acting as a positive role model for both students and staff.

-          Have the skills to engage and motivate students, creating a lively and stimulating classroom experience.

-          Display strong classroom management abilities.

-          Hold a current, valid DBS certificate or be prepared to obtain one.

-          Be confident in teaching Science to students across Key Stages 3 to 5
