We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to support and assist in the strategy of the wider marketing team, across 3 businesses. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker, capable of developing and executing cohesive marketing plans that cater to each business's unique identity and target audience. T

Our clients’, are a market leading manufacturer- and pride themselves on the quality of their products. Their sector is dedicated to supporting the healthcare sector.

They have a presence nationally, and focus on improving lifestyles and are the market leading innovator in environmental products.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an already established marketing team, to increase their exposure and brand awareness across 3 subsidiaries.

You will be working with a team of two in the Ledbury office, whilst operating within a larger Marketing function. supporting and executing new product development, online and offline campaigns, along with organising and attending events, where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide guidance and support to the local marketing team, ensuring effective execution of campaigns.

* Lead content creation across digital, print, and social media channels, maintaining brand consistency and engaging target audiences.

* Work closely with senior leaders to align marketing strategies with sales goals and current market trends.

* Develop and manage local plans for exhibitions and industry events, assessing their impact and effectiveness.

* Coordinate with external agencies for web development, digital advertising, and other key projects to ensure quality outcomes.

* Craft compelling content, distill complex information, and gather market intelligence to optimize strategies.

* Social Media & PR: Create tailored social media and PR content to resonate with local audiences and strengthen brand presence.
