Salary: Up to £55,000, depending on experience

Optima Plus Recruitment is seeking an experienced **Nursing Home Manager** on behalf of our new client who recently acquired a well-regarded nursing home. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader with a passion for elderly care, who can bring both stability and growth to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
- Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to achieve best practices in patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Manage budget, resources, and staffing to optimize service quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, with the ability to provide evidence of successful CQC reports.
- Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and the wider community.
Requirements:
* Valid and current UK NMC PIN – essential.
* Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, with a solid understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
* Demonstrated ability to produce and interpret CQC reports, ensuring the highest level of compliance.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
