Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy but well organised relaxed dining venue on the outskirts of Romsey. They are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team.

This role offers potential progression throughout their group.

No Live-in accommodation with this role and you will need to have your own transport.

What's involved?

As a chef de partie you will work under the Sous and Head Chefs to become a central figure in the kitchen management team.

You will run your section during service and mentor the junior chefs to ensure that they standards stay high and deliver the level expected. You will also assume responsibilities for stock checks and will learn about the ordering systems, as well as the back-office management needed to progress in your career.
