Nelson Permanent Placements are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a market leading New Build Homes Developer based on-site in Telford (TF2).

They are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a Residential development where you will organise/plan each day with the tradesmen on-site, enforce Health & Safety Regulations, completing schedules and communicating with the Project/Contract Manager on weekly progress.

Site Manager Requirements:

* A Valid SMSTS (Site Manager) Certificate.

* 2-3 years’ experience as a Site Manager (within New Build Homes/Residential settings).
