We have some exciting new opportunities working as a Mig Welder for one of key engineering clients based in Northampton

As a Mig Welder you will work Monday to Friday afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday on a salary of £29600 a year.

As a Mig Welder you will be responsible for tacking and welding metal components as per drawing, checking quality of parts before and after process of welding.  Measuring parts before and after weld against drawing, griding and fettling product using air and electric hand tools.
You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

Requirements for a Mig Welder are:
Ability to read drawings.
Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
Practical, hands on.
Have good communication skills.
Willing to work flexibly.
Attention to good Housekeeping.
You will be required to pass a weld test prior to be offered the position.
