Job Duties:

Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures
Inspecting and maintaining scaffold equipment
Ensuring scaffolding is safe and compliant with regulations
Working at heights and in various weather conditions
Collaborating with construction teams to meet project requirements

Required Qualifications:

Valid CISRS Scaffolder card
Experience in scaffolding operations
Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Prior experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of scaffold design and construction
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good communication skills
Physical fitness and stamina

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional scaffolding certifications
Experience working on construction sites

Working Conditions:

Exposure to heights and outdoor environments
Physical exertion required
Potential for overtime work
