Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer (Static)

Salary: £46,000 per annum

Location: Surrey Quays, South East London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

Invictus are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-respected business. This role involves performing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on a variety of HVAC equipment within a critical environment based in Surrey Quays.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.

* Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.

* Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

* Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

* F-Gas Category 1 certification.

* Proven experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.

* Strong knowledge of AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
