Are you passionate about Housing and community engagement? Our client is seeking a dedicated Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. 
As a Housing Officer you would act as first point of contact for the tenants on all matters relating to their tenancy. 

About You:

Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate with tenants and team members 
Experience in managing tenancies withing the social sector 
The ability to remain calm and have empathy in difficult situations About The Job:

Conduct welfare checks for vulnerable tenants and make safeguarding referrals when needed
Ensure compliance with statutory landlord duties, including gas and electrical safety checks
Provide support for succession, assignment, and amendments to tenancy agreements
Offer support and advice for tenants
