My client is a leading national sub contractor who carry out Groundworks, Strip Out, Demo and new build construction projects ranging from £100k - £2m throughout the UK. Based in North West London their operation is going from strength to strength and they require a Quantity Surveyor or above to join the team to take up overseeing the commercial functions on various projects.

They are looking initially to secure the services of someone on a contract basis, however for the right individual there is a great opportunity to make the role their own and join the company on a permanent basis.

The role involves pricing new enquiries, procurement, working with the project delivery teams on cost management, carrying out monthly applications for payments and valuations and more.

There is a real opportunity to bring your own methodology to the table and introduce your way of working with this one
