Agile Delivery Manager / Project Manager – Driving Innovation & Delivering Excellence
Are you an experienced Agile Delivery Manager with a passion for solving problems and driving software projects and products to success? Our client is delivering cutting-edge software products for their global Business Services team.
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will lead and support cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth delivery of exciting features while working closely with development leads and product owners. If you have a background in Kanban or Scrum and love motivating teams to achieve great things, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 2-3 agile teams (4-8 members) to efficiently deliver software features.
Collaborate with the Software Development Lead and Product Owner to plan and synchronize upcoming features.
Track project resources, budgets, and status, escalating risks or issues when needed.
Drive improvements in processes and ensure timely use of project tools.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in project delivery.
SDLC knowledge and experience managing web based application projects
Strong knowledge of Kanban or Scrum methodologies.
Experience managing web-based application projects.
Ability to inspire teams, communicate effectively, and embrace change.
Desirable:
Experience working with Atlassian tools & MS Office.
Cloud environment experience.
Certified Scrum Master or similar qualifications.
