Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students.

* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.

* Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of pupils, using this data to inform teaching strategies.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating curriculum that inspires curiosity and a love of learning.

* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.

* Manage classroom behavior in line with the school's policies, promoting a culture of respect and responsibility.

* Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

* Experience teaching in a primary school setting.

* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

* A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous professional development.
