Swindon Pertemps are currently recruiting in the SN5 area for a dynamic Administrator to join our team and play a key role in selling motor parts. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and providing top-tier customer service. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, great communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and emails from customers.
Processing orders and managing stock availability
Providing product information and assisting customers with their enquiries
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell motor partsAbout the right candidate:
Previous experience in administration and sales
Confident in dealing with customers over the phone and via email
Experience in the motor industry is desirable
A proactive and positive approach to work – a real "can-do" attitude!
