We are recruiting for a Town Planning Consultant in Bristol.

Ideally you will be MRTPI qualified but there is an option to be mentored through the process if you have not yet completed it.

You will have 2-3+ years of experience having worked in either local authority or private consultancy as a Graduate Planner / Planner.

Reporting to the Director of the Planning team and working with a supportive and talented team of consultants, the role is to assist on town planning projects of varying type, size and complexity.

The team is currently instructed on residential, commercial, bespoke heritage schemes, logistics & a number of prestigious large regeneration projects.

To succeed at this role you should:

Be a creative problem solver
Have a passion for planning and development
Have an eye for detail
Have excellent technical report writing skills
Display an evidently commercial approach to town planning
Show good personal communication skills
Be keen to work as part of an established team
