4Site Recruitment are seeking a dedicated site supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations at our site, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.

Duties

Supervise and manage on-site activities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate and assign tasks to site staff
Monitor site progress and report to upper management
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
Conduct regular site inspections
Qualifications

Previous experience in supervising roles
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to work well under pressure
