Estate Agency Sales Manager
Salary: £28k-£30k + Bonus (OTE bonus = £8k)
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5:30pm) + every other Saturday (10am-4pm) (time back in Lieu or additional holidays granted for Saturdays worked)

Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious individual with experience in the Estate Agency industry to join their team as an Estate Agency Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be primarily office based and will be undertaking a supervisory/management role.

The Key Responsibilities of the Estate Agency Sales Manager:
* Manage a team of 4 negotiators
* Contribute to negotiator workload as and when needed
* meeting high standards of professionalism and following processes to satisfy legal and quality requirements
* Managing workloads and outputs and developing staff to be top class industry professionals
* Accurate and timely reporting to Senior Management
* Conducting valuation of properties as and when needed
The Key Requirements of the Estate Agency Sales Manager:
* Estate Agency: 3 years (preferred)
* Driving Licence (required)
* Experience in estate agency and the negotiator processes
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* In-depth knowledge of property market trends and regulations
* Proficiency in sales strategies and customer relationship management
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Committed and hard working, focused on delivery and success
