Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing project plans, timelines, and schedules. Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with content, creative, and digital teams to ensure projects align with marketing objectives. Coordinate resources and maintain consistency across all deliverables.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, forecast needs, and ensure timely and cost-effective campaign delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Analyse campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimise project management processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Project Administrator, ideally within a marketing or advertising environment.
- Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing principles and channels, including digital, traditional, and social media.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience in tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management and marketing automation tools.
Working Relations:
- Internal: Engage with various departments including sales, product, and operations.
- External: Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to ensure project success.
