Are You the Right Fit?

As the International Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with both internal sales teams and external regional managers to drive sales revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of internal sales professionals, ensuring that they meet financial targets and consistently provide outstanding customer service.

Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day customer requirements, maintaining the highest standards of service, and fostering a culture of success and achievement within the team. As a leader, you will motivate and support your team while focusing on enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage, and motivate the internal sales team to meet revenue targets, ensuring clear communication with your team, your peers and senior management.

* Ensure that international clients receive exceptional service across all interactions.Break down sales targets into manageable goals, creating a culture of accountability within the team.

* Maximize sales opportunities through proactive quotations, cross-selling, and up-selling strategies.

* Focus on achieving desirable profit margins without compromising client relationships.

* Foster a growth mindset, supporting team development and encouraging self-learning.

* Ensure an even workload distribution within the team and collaborate across departments to maintain service continuity.

* Adhere to company policies and procedures while embracing continuous improvement practices.

Be the first point of escalation for any day-to-day issues.Attend regular meetings and represent the sales team when needed

What We Are Looking For:

* A sales-driven leader with a focus on customer satisfaction

Skills and Experience:

* Familiarity with international sales and export/import processes is advantageous.

* 3+ years experience as a sales leader/manager with direct reports

* Analytical skills

* Strong team-building capabilities.

* Bilingual skills - Either French, Spanish or German alongside English is ESSENTIAL
