The Role:
As the Head of Sales for the UK, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building a successful sales team, and developing strategic relationships with key clients across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of the UK sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive success.
* Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with key clients across various industries, including retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing.
* Work closely with the German headquarters to align UK sales strategies with overall company goals and ensure seamless communication.
* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt and optimise sales approaches.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.

* Flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally to Germany as required.
