The Role:
As the Head of Sales for the UK, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building a successful sales team, and developing strategic relationships with key clients across multiple industries. This role is perfect for a dynamic sales leader who thrives on challenges and is eager to make a significant impact within a leading company in the packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and execution of the UK sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive success.

* Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with key clients across various industries, including retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing.

* Work closely with the German headquarters to align UK sales strategies with overall company goals and ensure seamless communication.

* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt and optimise sales approaches.

* Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.

What You’ll Need:

* Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the corrugated packaging or related industries.

* Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing a successful sales team.

* A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge of the UK packaging market and an established network within the industry is highly desirable.

* Flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally to Germany as required.
