A well-established building services provider is looking for a Foot Mobile Engineer to join their team, covering a small portfolio of commercial office buildings in the West End. This is a great opportunity for a junior engineer looking to develop their career, as well as experienced engineers wanting a mobile role with a steady workload and excellent earning potential.

Role Overview

As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical building services systems across multiple commercial properties. This role requires a proactive attitude and a good understanding of general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings.

*

Maintain and test emergency lighting and fire alarm systems to ensure compliance.

*

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical building services equipment.

*

Work closely with site teams and contractors to maintain a high standard of service.

*

Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

*

Electrical or Mechanical bias (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant discipline preferred).

*

Experience in commercial building maintenance, including PPMs and reactive work.

*

Knowledge of emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.

*

A proactive and adaptable approach – attitude is key for this role.

On Offer

£35,000 salary + paid travel

Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
