Senior Development and Investment Consultant - Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional from this sector who is looking to continue their growth and become a key member of the team. As a Senior Development and Investment Consultant, your main role will be to win instructions and sell sites. This role is ideal for someone looking to enhance their career within a successful business and offers further career progression opportunities for strong performers.

Senior Development and Investment Consultant - Duties:

To source property development and investment opportunities in both the residential and commercial sectors
To work closely with clients to understand their needs and source opportunities best-suited to them
To negotiate transactions with developers and investors
To establish and develop client relationships
To run a compliant business by being diligent
To provide professional consultancy and advice throughout the client’s journey

Senior Development and Investment Consultant - Ideal Candidate Attributes:

A minimum of three years sales experience in UK property development and investment
An understanding of the property market across multiple sectors
A track record in acquiring and disposing of residential development and investment opportunities
Ability to appraise and value opportunities
Experience with selling off market opportunities
Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation within the industry
Have an excellent telephone manner and an ability to quickly tap into prospective client’s key goals and aspirations
A proven track record of generating fees
An impressive following/contact base

Senior Development and Investment Consultant - Remuneration:

£40,000+ basic salary, commensurate with experience
Up to £100,000 On Target Earning potential
