The Cloud Security Specialist role is within the assurance team, pivotal in managing and mitigating risks associated with the use of cloud services. The position requires a candidate with a deep understanding of cloud technologies, best practices, and security controls. It's a hybrid role, you can either work in London (Preferred), Leeds or other offices.

Description

Develop and implement a cloud assurance strategy
Assess the risk and compliance of cloud services
Develop cloud security policies and procedures
Engage with cloud service providers to ensure compliance
Work closely with the technology department to implement cloud solutions
Advise on best practices, security controls for cloud usage
Provide training and support to staff on cloud technologies
Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trendsProfile

Deep understanding of cloud technologies and security, best practices for cloud
Experience in assurance, controls and security in relation to both cloud and on-premise services
Experience in Azure cloud security, with AWS experience will be an advantage
Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevSecOps, IaaS / PaaS / SaaS, CASB, networking, firewalls
