Process Development:Lead the development, deployment and sustainment of quality assurance processes, methods and tools; with a focus on positive product quality management.
Innovation: Explore and exploit technology advances to deliver innovative solutions to current day quality challenges; especially in the realms of advanced data analytics using artificial language towards a predictive and prescriptive quality capability.
Training & Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to meet user needs and ensure competence of the user base.
User Support: Manage support requests, incidents, issues, system evolutions and business continuity activities in order to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
Improve & Standardize: Implement best practices throughout the product lifecycle to improve quality and reduce issues, ensuring standards that are recognized within the industry.Experience Required;

Operational experience in product quality management
Experience of working in an aerospace/ defence engineering business
Working knowledge of ERP systems, and in particular SAP QM / SAP HANA, together with SAP project and change management experience
Strong communication skills.
