Salary: OTE up to £65000

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.

* Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

* Train and mentor the sales team to improve performance.

* Manage inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.

* Monitor performance and analyze sales data to optimize results.

* Manage trade stock Sales

* Assisting ang guiding the dealers marketing operation

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager or in a similar role.

* Strong leadership and sales expertise.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Proficient in CRM systems and office software.

* Willingness to work flexible hours.
