Our client, a rapidly expanding and highly acquisitive FinTech organisation, is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organisation's strategic financial decision-making through advanced financial modelling, data analysis, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Conducting scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
Collaborating with cross-functional business units to deliver financial insights.
Supporting system integration initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

Extensive expertise in financial modelling and data analysis, with proficiency in Excel and large datasets.
A strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
Prior experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or financial modelling, ideally within a multinational organisation.
The ability to engage effectively with challenging stakeholders across the group.
Knowledge and experience in financial systems and system integration projects, with an aptitude for leveraging technology to enhance financial operations.
Ideally from a FS or Insurance business
