Maintenance Bricklayer/Repairs – Based out of Melksham and Trowbridge covering Wiltshire

4 Months Fixed Term Contract – 40 hours per week (8-5)

Salary: £34,500 p/a Pro Rota (£16.60 p/h) + company van & fuel card

Your Responsibilities:

* Bricklaying

* Carpentry tasks, including crafting bespoke gates, installing ironmongery, hanging doors, and fitting frame ledge and brace gates

* Cladding installation

* Installing downpipes and gully systems

* Realigning fascia boards

* Kee Klamp metal fabrication

* General metal fabrication

* Creating technical scaled drawings for lintels, cills, and ironworks for supplier orders

* Road and pathway repairs, including gully installations, tarmac work, and concrete reinforcement

* Kerb laying

* Block paving

* Occasional installation of trickle vents

The successful candidate will have:

* City in Guilds/ NVQ level 2 in bricklaying/trowel occupations or equivalent demonstrable experience

* Provide efficient bricklaying, concrete, and block work and carry out building work utilising a full range of skills

* Full UK driving licence
