Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Modeling:
o Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
o Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories.
o Ensure data models are aligned with business requirements and objectives.
• Database Design:
o Collaborate with database administrators to implement and optimize data models.
o Develop and maintain database schemas, tables, views, and indexes.
o Ensure data integrity and quality through effective database design.
• Data Analysis:
o Analyze data requirements and assess data sources to support data modeling efforts.
o Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document data requirements.
o Perform data profiling and data quality assessments.
• Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate with data architects, data engineers, and other IT professionals to ensure data models are integrated and optimized.
o Communicate data modeling concepts and designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Provide guidance and support to development teams on data modeling best practices.
• Documentation and Standards:
o Develop and maintain documentation for data models, data flows, and data integration processes.
o Ensure data modeling standards and best practices are followed.
o Participate in data governance initiatives and contribute to data management policies.

Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience:
o Proven experience as a Data Modeler or in a similar role.
o Extensive experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, ERwin, PowerDesigner).
o Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of data modeling principles and techniques.
o Proficiency in SQL and database design.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications:
o Data modeling certification (e.g., CDMP, DAMA) is a plus
