An experienced Domestic Electrical Supervisor is required to join the existing team for new and existing contracts. Ensuring that the organisation complies with all aspects of NICEIC accreditation and to communicate those requirements to the engineers. Typical contracts include inspections, electrical upgrades, rewires and repair and maintenance works.
The successful candidate must be/have:
· Fully qualified Gold Card electrician
· Experience of managing a team
· Full UK driving licence
· Carry out daily site inspections
· Technical support for operatives
· Practical completion of individual sites and process paperwork
· Tenant liaison interface
· Solid organisational skills including attention to detail
· Capable of using computer software and email
· Organised, with high quality standards
· Good communication skills, internal and client facing
· Flexibility towards working environment
