Ensuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, local authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodies
Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff
Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the homeTo apply for this position, you will need to be a qualified Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC Pin. You’ll also have prior experience in a leadership role within a care home.
