Our client, a fanstastic housing assocation based in London is seeking an experienced Trade Supervisor to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This role involves managing a team of multi-trade operatives across various disciplines, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repairs in housing properties.

Key Details:
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £42,000 per year
Hours: 42.5 per week, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Extras: Van and fuel card provided
Location: Based in E17, covering E17, E11, E10, E4Your Role:
Supervise a team of electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and wet trades.
Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Conduct quality control checks and audits.
Manage stock, tools, and materials for operatives.
Engage with tenants and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a supervisory role within repairs, maintenance, or housing.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.
