We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw Campus to join us as an Attendance and Progress Monitor on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis (Working within the Sports, Public Services, Care Professions and Science curriculum area, with the potential to work across departments/sites).

As an Attendance and Progress Monitor you will work as part of a team to support achievement by improving student attendance and punctuality and promote positive attitudes towards attendance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

English and Maths - must be qualified to a minimum of Level 2.
Experience of managing difficult conversations.
Ability to work in a friendly and professional manner.
Well-developed organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to use own initiative.
Flexibility and resilience.
