Employee Relations (ER) Case Advisor

Source Recruit is offering an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Case Advisor to join our public sector client on a 4-month contract for an NHS organisation in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have experience of previous or current HR role in the NHS or public sector and working towards a CIPD qualification.

Role Overview:

As an Employee Relations (ER) Case Advisor, you will provide initial Human Resources guidance and assistance to Trust employees and managers in line with the company's policies and procedures and best employment practices.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for responding to general HR inquiries promptly and reliably. Your responsibilities will include supporting the ER Officers and administrator by providing expertise and guidance for complex queries, managing sickness absences, and supporting employee relations.

Requirements:

Necessary:

* Previous experience working as an employee relations care advisor

* Familiarity with electronic HR reporting and recording systems and producing reports as required

* Experience of taking and transcribing notes / minutes of formal meetings
